Are your cakes Gluten Free?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer Gluten Free cakes at this point in time.
All of our cakes are vegan/dairy free.

Where can I find the ingredients for your cakes?

All of our ingredients can be found listed underneath each individual cake in our Products section.

Can I order mixed batches of cakes?

All of our cakes are sold in batches of 2. Mixed boxes are available and come with a surcharge of £ 1.50 per 4 items.

I want a specific design or cake. Can you do that?

At YummyMoo we offer a variety of icing designs as displayed on our standard cakes and monthly specials. Whilst we can not offer a variety of shapes outside of the equipment that we own, we are happy to help decorate bespoke cakes within our pre-existing design/recipe range.

I need a last minute cake! Can you help?

If you need a last minute cake, please do get in touch. Although we still require 48 hours in order to deliver the highest quality vegan cakes, we will endeavour to help as best we can.
Please email info@yummymoo.com now specifying the cake you would like, flavour, size, and deadline date. There is an additional £4.99 charge for all last minute cakes.

Is your packaging Recyclable?

All of our packaging is 100% recyclable and/or biodegradable.

Do you deliver to my area?

YummyMoo is a small independent business delivering to local Fareham/Stubbington/Lee-on-Solent/Gosport areas.
If postage is required beyond these areas, this can be arranged within the UK at a £4 cost.
Unfortunately we are not yet able to deliver overseas.

Can I collect my order from you?

YummyMoo is based in Stubbington, PO142LZ. We are more than happy for you to collect your own cakes.

How do I cancel my order?

We require a minimum of four working days to process any cancellation.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email info@yummymoo.com with your order details.

My cakes arrived damaged.

First of all we would like to apologise. It is really disappointing when our cakes do not arrive in the same condition that they left our kitchen and we hope to resolve this issue.
If you receive a cake that has been damaged in transit, please email us at info@yummymoo.com with photos of the damage for us to review. Compensation is given on our discretion.
